PAC – Portugal Autocluster for the Future (PAC) Project is a mobilizing project closely aligned with “Mobinov Cluster – Portuguese Automotive Cluster’s action plan. Through a set of 6 PPS, it aims to develop, test, and demonstrate a new generation of technologies, processes, and products.

The Level Up project aims at developing the digital skills of adults with low-skilled occupations in order to adapt them to the digital age. These skills are in core in all working environments and required to operate many tools used in technical and industrial occupations.
Learning Path project creates a systematic approach to developing digital capacity, skills and competences on three levels: organizational development of digital capacity (organizations learning path); personal/professional development of digital skills and competences (trainers learning path); cooperation development with companies.
Innovation fostered by this project lies in the development of competences in education leaders and teaching/training staff – including aspiring new trainers/teachers and those who have been in the profession for a long time – for a change of mindset that requires a way of teaching in which active learning, experiential learning and project work have a main role.
