AMHE project aims to create a response to two European challenges:

provide quality training and offer very ambitious and sustainable professional perspectives to people currently excluded from labour market and who are integrated through work economic activities,
protect and promote natural wetlands and European rivers. (Water Framework Directive, by which European authorities and Member States must manage, pollution control and prevent natural hazards, as well as inform the public).

Innovation fostered by this project lies in the development of competences in education leaders and teaching/training staff – including aspiring new trainers/teachers and those who have been in the profession for a long time – for a change of mindset that requires a way of teaching in which active learning, experiential learning and project work have a main role.

The project’s mission is to promote a proactive, industry-driven adjustment to meet future skills demand across the SPIRE sectors, developing new skills to unfold the potential of digital transformation within SPIRE companies and beyond.
