Equipment design analysis and review

ISQ holds an extensive experience and know-how, and highly experienced technical experts to perform project analysis and review in the following areas: HVAC, cold/hot, ventilation, water and sanitation, industrial equipment and fire alarm systems.

Industrial equipment

Verification of compliance with technical specifications, project and construction codes, standards and applicable regulations for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, tubing and piping, boilers, storage tanks and other industrial equipment, in accordance with:

• Pressure vessels – standards / codes EN 13445, ASME Sect. VIII Div. 1 and 2, AD-2000, PD-5500, CODAP, SPVC, ANCC, TEMA Piping – EN 13480, ASME B31, CODETI, BS1113, ISOR831
• Heat generators – ASME Sect. I and TRD
• Storage tanks – API650, EN14015 and API620

HVAC, cold and ventilation systems

Analysis and review of HVAC system projects in housing/service buildings, industrial premises and warehouses, cold systems such as cold storage rooms and warehouses, supermarkets and ice skating rings, ventilation systems, along with consulting on support and development of new developing projects.

Water and sanitation

Validation of water supply and water treatment projects, including specifications review, document and project review, application of standards and specifications.

Fire alarm systems

Analysis and inspection of the following systems:

• Passive security: fire doors and sealing
• Active security: fire detection systems (SADI); smoke control systems (smoke extraction); fire extinction systems with water (sprinklers, fire fighting pipe networks, foam) or further fire extinction systems and pumping centrals these in accordance with the requirements set down in technical specifications and/or applicable standards, e.g., National standards, European standards (CEPREVEN) and others (NFPA).
