OBJECTIVES:

“Work Based Learning-local and international” aims to develop, test, adapt and implement innovative practices related to work based learning as new VET materials and methods. The project intends to contribute for more and better WBL experiences, by providing specific guidelines for learners, VET staff and employers in general, on how to improve the quality of this experiences and motivate all parties involved in the process.

As main outcomes, the project will produce:

  • E-Guide “Work Based Learning- your opportunity” – containing specific guidelines and useful materials for learners, Vet staff and employers;
  • WBL simulation materials (video, interviews, experience stories, best practice samples, advices for the next apprentices);
  • E-newsletters;
  • Information about WBL experience/challenges/opportunities in all partners’ countries;
  • Local training sessions and materials for VET teachers and enterprises staff;
