ISQ | Reduce the amount of lubricant and carbon footprint in the industry
ISQ is part of the LubSysTech consortium, a project that aims to develop an integrated lubrication system under condition, combining real-time oil analysis with an intelligent lubrication management system. This design incorporates a conditioned lubrication philosophy: lubricate when necessary, replace lubricants only at the end of their service life and ensure the performance of lubricants. Condition lubrication also guides a predictive maintenance strategy using oil analysis to identify early stages of failure modes, enabling catastrophic failure anticipation. The solution will consist of an innovative maintenance service that will allow monitoring the lubricants in the field and giving real-time visibility of the condition of the oils and the main organs of the machines. This solution will enable the industry to offer a set of tools that will improve decision-making in the management of equipment and its lubricants, increasing the availability of equipment and reducing the overall costs of lubrication, which will provide competitive added value with economic, environmental and social gains to the companies that will adopt it. Sectors – target: mining industry, power generation plants and process industries such as paper companies, refineries, cement companies and chemical industries in general.
