ISQ introduces digital SME and creates i4.0 accelerator hub

The consortium of the Digital SME Project led by ISQ with the participation of the Cluster of Information, Communication and Electronics Technologies (TICE.PT) and the School of Art and Design of the Polytechnic Institute of Porto, held today the kick off meeting for the start of the project. Automotive, materials, raw materials and trade will be the ranks targeted by the project that aims to train, provide information and increase the business skills of SMEs for the adoption of Measures, Technologies and Tools I4.0, encouraging the acceleration of the Portuguese economy to a digital economy. After a phase of diagnosis and identification of solutions will be created the platform "HUB Digital Accelerator" that will allow SMEs to obtain their level of scanning, as well as to interconnect with players in the sector and with providing solutions for possible benchmark analysis. The Digital Accelerator HUB will also allow SMEs access to executed projects related to i4.0 and technical monitoring by promoters.
