ISQ inaugurates new Delegation in Viseu

ISQ inaugurated a new delegation in Viseu, following its decentralization strategy that already adds, in addition to Oeiras (head), Sines, Loulé, Castelo Branco, Vila Nova de Gaia (Grijó) and, soon, Monção. "Today we open this delegation with the aim of increasing our offer in the central region, where we are already providing a wide range of services in the area of metrology and process engineering for the automotive sector. We have a decentralization policy and we want to be where the industry and people are," said ISQ President Pedro Matias. ISQ wants to continue to innovate and strengthen ties with the business fabric and the Academy, turning knowledge into value."It is another asset that we have in Viseu", said Almeida Henriques, the mayor of Viseu, who marked his presence at the inauguration of the facilities. Almeida Henriques also said that "(o) municipality has had the capacity to attract good companies", since Viseu has been consolidating some clusters, namely the automobile, food and metalmechanics.
