ISQ develops lighter chassis for automotive industry

The ISQ Group has been invited to join a consortium for the development and testing of chassis components from advanced third generation, flexible, lightweight and high strength steels. The LightChassis project includes the German university RWTH Aachen University, the German company Salzgitter Mannesman Forschung, the Spanish Gestamp, the Greek university of Thessaly and the Italian centre Ricerche FIAT. The project lasts for three years and will have a total investment of 1.34 M€.
