ISQ Academy is offering training grants in STEM areas

Are you a woman and want to develop your technological skills? Under the Objectives SDS- Objectives for Sustainable Development – ISQ Academy wants to support technological careers and the existence of female STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) human resources in companies and will therefore offer technological training grants to women. Margarida Segard, Director of ISQ Academy says that "technological careers need more women." Therefore, this offer is intended for "women, with professional experience or recent graduates, employed or in unemployment, with a degree in Electrotechnical Engineering, Electronics and Automation, Mechanics, Control and Instrumentation and Electromechanics" Due to the process of digital transformation that companies go through and the growing number of start-ups and technological companies in Portugal, the demand for qualified professionals in STEM areas has skyrocketed. The market is looking for qualified professionals in these areas where women are still underrepresented. In this sense, ISQ Academy offers this free training grant, aiming to contribute to increased employability and equal opportunities.
