PhasedArray and ToFd ultrasound technologies offer a new solution for welding control and can be used in any type of industry. These technologies do not require work stoppage, are more likely to spot defects, offer higher productivity and are much safer than industrial radiography (the test most applied in welding control in pipe construction/repair).
