Laboratories management

The technical-scientific content of the course meets the demands of more developed countries, relying on the collaboration of experts from both industry and national laboratories (from the private or public sector). Trainers in charge of the different modules are university teachers, researchers and duly acknowledged specialists in this sector. The aim is to achieve a balance between the theoretical vision and corporate perspective as regards management of laboratories. This post graduation aims at providing participants with the knowledge and skills that will enable them to: Plan and design a laboratory Manage laboratory operations  Promote and develop the commercial activity of a laboratory Control and financially and economically manage a laboratory Manage laboratory teams Implement a Management System in a laboratory according to NP EN ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 15189 and NP EN ISO 9001 Target group Graduates working or intending to perform the roles of directors or heads of laboratory.
