Total Cost: 37 187,00€

Funding: 37 187,00€

GOALS

Despite the increasing number of Circular Economy innovative initiatives in Europe, many of them arose from civil society, they are many times characterized form being sparse in time, space and accession. Many of them are condemned to fail, for lack of visibility (and awareness), in the end, for lack of cooperation.CIRCULINK strives to increase the implementation of Circular Economy practices in SMEs, in our communities and to link already existent Circular Economy projects and their stakeholders, locally, nationally and at a European level.

The project will carry out a blended-learning training programme development for SMEs to facilitate them to move towards Circular Economy by sharing good practices, providing practical examples and recommendations on how to implement circular business models and link them through a Collaboration Management strategy (CEN-TS 16555:5).

The project outputs will serve:

  • VET trainers, who will deliver the blended learning course to learners involved in the Circular Economy;
  • Key actors of the Circular Economy and representatives from SMEs who are interested in participating in Circular Economy activities or in adapting a Circular Business Model in their companies.

EXPECTED RESULTS

The main tangible results of the project include:

  • Circular Collaboration Manual covering five major knowledge areas: Social Innovation, Collaboration Management (CEN-TS 16555:5), Diversity Management, Social Economy and Corporate Social Responsibility;
  • Training materials toolkit with paradigmatic case studies and best practices;
  • Digital learning platform & Circular Collaborative area;
  • Guide book in Circular Economy for entrepreneurs;
  • Learning and teaching activities for internal staff;
  • Training testing phase in Circular Collaborative Management (b-learning);
  • National circular events and a final International Conference.

CIRCULINK expects to merge social innovation and the world of work, committing to raise awareness about the advantages of Circular Business Models and their relation with Social Innovation at work by a complex b-learning training kit for corporate trainers, SMEs and Circular Economy entrepreneurs. Furthermore, it promotes large scale cooperation building on standardized cooperation models and systematic approach.
